SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Coastal Athletic.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During launches, product drops, promotions, preorders, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and accepted by the carrier.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order details.

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated domestic transit times are generally:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Delivery timing will be shown at checkout, when available.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, customs processing, and other events outside of our control may affect delivery timing.

PREORDERS

Products marked as preorder are not ready to ship immediately. Any estimated preorder shipping date will be stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production, freight, customs, quality-control, or fulfillment delays. If there is a material change to the expected timing of your preorder, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock products may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Coastal Athletic is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

Please contact us as soon as possible at coastal.circuit.co@gmail.com if you need to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. Coastal Athletic is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at coastal.circuit.co@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, building management, neighbors, and the carrier. You may also need to submit a claim directly with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Coastal Athletic currently ships within the United States only.

We may offer international shipping in the future. When available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by their destination country.
