The window

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused paddle in its original packaging for a full refund to the original payment method.

How to start a return

Email hello@coastalathletic.com with your order number and a sentence about why. We'll send a prepaid return label for domestic orders and instructions for international.

Condition

Paddles must be unused, unmarked, and returned with the original cover and packaging. Used paddles can't be resold, so we can't accept them back — but if there's a defect or damage from shipping, that's on us, not you.

Refund timing

Refunds land 5–10 business days after we receive the return, depending on your bank. We'll email you as soon as it's issued.

Exchanges

Different weight, different grip, different color — happy to swap. Same email address, same timeline.
