Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use coastal-athletic.com and when you buy from Coastal Athletic. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

We do our best to keep product info and pricing accurate. If we find a mistake on an order — a mispriced item, a stock error — we'll contact you and either honor the intent or cancel and refund. Nothing is charged until an order is submitted at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We don't store your card details on our systems.

Intellectual property

The Coastal Athletic name, logo, photography, videos, and site design are ours. Please don't use them commercially without written permission — but tagging us in your own posts and content is very welcome.

Community conduct

Our sessions, events, and online community are open, warm, and competitive in the good way. Harassment, discrimination, and bad-faith behavior aren't tolerated — we'll ask you to leave.

Liability

Pickleball is a sport; movement carries risk. By playing at any Coastal Athletic session, you accept normal sporting risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or session in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date.
