When we ship

Paddles ship from South Florida within two business days of the order being placed. Preorders ship on the timeline stated on the product page.

Rates

• Domestic (United States): free ground shipping.
• Expedited domestic: calculated at checkout.
• International: calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If a package looks lost or damaged, email us at hello@coastalathletic.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Address changes

We can change a shipping address up until the order enters fulfillment (typically within a few hours of ordering). Reach out quickly and we'll do our best.
